The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

This hotel offers amazing value for money - you get so much for what you pay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Plus, the location is ideal, within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the old town. And don't miss the charming terrace for dining al fresco.

Only one minor issue, but overall, everything was ok.

The hotel was clean, facilities were really great, good location near to the bus / train station and the centre of split old town...

Nothing it is perfect.

Stayed here for short stay, everything was good, I loved great location very near to Old Town attractions. The room was well decorated and compact, with free Wi-Fi. I had iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set, exceptionally comfortable bed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Split. the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated near the green market and old town, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the ferry, making it convenient for island hopping. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service. Elena, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. She even picked me up from the airport, which was a thoughtful gesture. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped and spacious. I particularly loved the living room area with its comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxation. The charming terrace provided a lovely spot for dining al fresco, adding a touch of tranquility to my experience. this hotel provided great value for money, with attention to detail and a prime location.

Everything was fantastic, nothing to improve upon.

We stayed at a centrally located apartment with clean and spacious rooms that were walking distance to the old town and main attractions. the host was friendly and provided helpful information about the town. the apartment was also easy to find from the bus station.

There was no breakfast offered at the accommodation.

We were kinda surprised by our recent stay at Elena Rooms in a vibrant city. The location was superb, just a short walk from the old town. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The highlight for us was the good outdoor courtyard, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Despite the small size of the room, we felt safe and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to meet us at the main bus terminal, greatly appreciated. we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this accommodation to others.
